General Information

At this time, my rentals are available only to customers in the European Union.

Between each rental, my wraps/slings are properly checked and washed with organic soap.


Baby Carrier/ Item Reservation & Payment

  1. To make a reservation, purchase the number of days (minimum 7 days) you’d like to rent the respective wrap/sling from the rental product page.
  2. Please allow at least 4 days of buffer between an already booked date and your own booking date for transit and wrap/sling care.
  3. Before the wrap can be shipped to you, you’ll receive an invoice for a security deposit (see section below: security deposit).
  4. To ship back your rental, please use the original packaging and insured shipping.
  5. If rental items returned to me are damaged but assessed by me to be repairable, the repair cost shall be deducted from your security deposit. For loss of rental items or serious damages that render the items unfit for future rental, full security deposit on the item will be forfeited and the retail price minus the rental fee you already paid, minus the security deposit will be invoiced to you.
  6. I am not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address. I will not be responsible if the postal service has left a notification and items were not recovered from your local office.



  1. In the event of cancellation, I provide full refund if you alert me at least 2 weeks before the first day of rental date. 
  2. If cancellation is made within 2 weeks of the first day of rental date, only 50% of rental fee will be refunded. 
  3. Once rental commences, no rental refund can be done.


Security Deposit

  1. There is a refundable security deposit of 200€ before the wrap/sling can be shipped to you.
  2. The integrity of the carriers will be checked within 72 hours upon return.
  3. Deposit is refundable via your original payment method within 14 working days counting from return date.
  4. I have the right to partially refund or not refund the deposit based on the following:
    1. Partial refund: There is a permanent stain or discolouration of the warp/sling. There's one or multiple thread break.
    2. No refund: Cuts, rips, and similar damages that compromise the function of the wrap/sling OR loss of wrap/sling.
